Show Me the Money Day offers workshops

Ogemaw County Economic Development Corp.

Show Me the Money Day (aka “Project Connect” or “Neighborhood Connect”) is a resource fair related to addressing poverty issues. Service providers like Michigan Works, Health Department, NEMCSA, Ogemaw County Home Repair Program, and more will be available. We will also have workshops throughout the day including Financial Recovery (Mercantile Bank), Budgeting (Chemical Bank), canning (MSU Extension) and couponing. The event is set for Saturday, Feb. 24, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be held at the Faith Alive Church, 2945 Hansen Rd. in West Branch.

The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Free food and prizes will also be given away at the event.
