10 – Jameson Memorial Bowling Tournament. Shifts at 12:30, 4:30 and 8 p.m. Annual 9-pin, no tap tournament for youth bowlers. Day includes three games, dinner buffet, jackpots and mystery games, raffles, and drawings. Held at Ogemaw Lanes in West Branch. Call 345-2200.

17 - Bagging for tips 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. At Family Fare in West Branch. This is a fundraising event for Claws and Paws Rescue. Call 345-2479.

17 – WBACC Winter Ball doors open at 6, dinner at 7 p.m. Outstanding Business Awards presented, dinner, dancing, silent auction and a great opportunity to network. Call 345-2821.

21 - Embracing forgiveness: What it is and what it isn’t 5-7 p.m. This is a five week study series on Wednesdays. Presented by Rev. Barbara Hawthorne Crafton. Each session will consist of a soup and bread supper, video, and discussion questions. Trinity Episcopal Church, 100 E. Houghton Ave. in West Branch.
